EIL Recruitment 2026:अगर आप SC, ST या OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) कैटेगरी से हैं और किसी बड़े सरकारी PSU में permanent job ढूंढ रहे हैं — तो यह खबर आपके लिए game changer साबित हो सकती है। Engineers India Limited (EIL), जो कि भारत सरकार का एक प्रतिष्ठित Navratna PSU है, ने Special Recruitment Drive 2026 के तहत 22 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है। आवेदन की आखिरी तारीख 25 मई 2026 है, यानी अब सिर्फ घंटे बचे हैं। नीचे पूरा process बताया गया है, ध्यान से पढ़ें।

EIL Recruitment विवरण 

Engineers India Limited ने SC, ST और OBC candidates के लिए Special Recruitment Drive (Advertisement No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/04) जारी की है। इसमें Senior Manager से लेकर Junior Assistant तक 15 अलग-अलग position codes पर कुल 22 पद हैं। Application Fee बिल्कुल Zero है और CTC ₹8.23 लाख से ₹30.29 लाख प्रति वर्ष तक है। यह opportunity General/EWS candidates के लिए नहीं है – सिर्फ SC, ST, OBC (NCL) के लिए है।

क्यों है EIL की यह भर्ती खास?

EIL सिर्फ एक PSU नहीं – यह भारत की वो कंपनी है जिसने देश की बड़ी Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Solar Projects और Pipelines बनाई हैं। 13 से अधिक देशों में इसकी international presence है।

यहाँ job मिलने का मतलब है – job security + अच्छी salary + career growth + देश-विदेश में posting का मौका। और इस बार खास बात यह है कि यह Special Drive सिर्फ SC, ST और OBC के लिए है,जिससे competition थोड़ा कम और chances थोड़े ज़्यादा हैं।

2. Manager Level (Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – 2,20,000 | CTC ~₹26.80 लाख):-Manager (HR) — MBA/PG in HR — 1 पद (1 OBC)

Eligibility –पद के अनुसार योग्यता

• Senior Manager (Projects & Electrical): B.E./B.Tech में minimum 65% marks, 12 साल का experience, उम्र 40 साल से कम।
• Manager (HR): MBA/PG Degree in HR minimum 65% marks, 8 साल का experience, उम्र 36 साल से कम।
• Engineer (सभी पद): B.E./B.Tech में minimum 65% marks, 1 साल का relevant experience, उम्र 28 साल से कम।
• Jr. Draftsman Gr-I: Diploma (3 साल, minimum 65%), 5 साल AutoCAD experience, उम्र 30 साल से कम।
• Jr. Draftsman Gr-II: Diploma (3 साल, minimum 65%), 1 साल का experience, उम्र 30 साल से कम।
• Junior Assistant Grade-III – HR: Full Time BBA minimum 60%, 1 साल experience, उम्र 30 साल से कम।
• Junior Assistant Grade-III – Hospitality: Full Time Hotel Management Graduate minimum 60%, 1 साल experience, उम्र 30 साल से कम।

उम्र में छूट: SC/ST को 5 साल, OBC को 3 साल, PwD को अतिरिक्त 10 साल की छूट मिलेगी।

किसको Apply करना चाहिए और  किसको नहीं करना चाहिए ?

Apply करें अगर: आप SC, ST या OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category से हैं और उपरोक्त qualifications पूरी करते हैं। आपके पास valid और updated caste certificate है। आप केवल एक ही position के लिए apply करना चाहते हैं।

Apply न करें अगर: आप General या EWS category से हैं, यह drive आपके लिए नहीं है। आपके पास OBC-NCL की valid caste certificate नहीं है (25 मई 2026 तक valid होनी चाहिए)। आप दो या अधिक positions के लिए apply करना चाहते हैं, केवल latest application मानी जाएगी।

Selection Process – कैसे होगा चयन?

1. Senior Manager, Manager, Engineer (सभी) के लिए: Selection Interview के माध्यम से होगा, New Delhi/Gurugram में personally या Video Conferencing के जरिए।
2. Jr. Draftsman Gr-I, Gr-II, Junior Assistant Grade-III (HR & Hospitality) के लिए: Selection Skill Test के माध्यम से होगा।

Important: Shortlist पूरी तरह educational qualification के percentage और experience की relevance के आधार पर होगी। सिर्फ minimum eligibility होने से interview call नहीं आएगा, EIL cutoff बढ़ा सकती है।

Previous Exam Pattern- तैयारी कैसे करें?

यह भर्ती Interview/Skill Test Based है, written exam नहीं है। लेकिन EIL के पुराने patterns के आधार पर interview में इन topics से सवाल पूछे जाते रहे हैं:-

• Technical Round (Discipline-wise): आपकी engineering/diploma stream के core subjects जैसे – Process Control, Fluid Mechanics, Structural Design, Electrical Systems, HVAC, AutoCAD, Smart P&ID वगैरह।
• General Awareness Round: Oil & Energy sector, Indian Economy, Current Affairs, PSU policies से जुड़े सवाल पूछे जाते हैं।
• HR Round: आपका work experience, problem-solving approach, और EIL के projects की जानकारी।
• Skill Test (Jr. Draftsman/Junior Assistant के लिए): AutoCAD practical test, 2D/3D drawing, P&ID drafting। Junior Assistant के लिए HR processes और computer proficiency test होता है।

Tips: EIL interview में अपने पिछले projects की detailed जानकारी रखें। “आपने कौन सा बड़ा project handle किया” – यह सबसे common सवाल है। Refinery/Process plant experience वालों को extra preference मिलती है।

Salary / CTC Details

CTC में Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks & Allowances, Earned Leave encashment और Retirement benefits शामिल हैं।

Apply कैसे करें – Step-by-Step

• Step 1: Official recruitment website recruitment.eil.co.in या engineersindia.com पर जाएं।
• Step 2: “Careers” section में जाएं और Advertisement No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/04 खोजें।
• Step 3: Online Application Form ध्यान से भरें – केवल एक position के लिए।
• Step 4: ये documents scan करके ready रखें – Passport Photo (.jpg, max 75KB), Signature (.jpg, max 25KB), 10th Certificate (DOB proof), सभी Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate (.jpg/.pdf, max 500KB), PwD Certificate (अगर applicable हो)।
• Step 5: Form submit करें और printout अपने पास save करें- interview/skill test पर साथ लाना होगा।
• Step 6: Application Fee – कोई fee नहीं। यह भर्ती पूरी तरह free है।

यह गलती मत करना वरना फॉर्म रिजेक्ट 

सबसे बड़ी गलती: OBC-NCL certificate पुरानी होना। बहुत से candidates apply करते हैं, shortlist होते हैं और फिर document verification पर reject हो जाते हैं, सिर्फ इसलिए कि उनकी OBC-NCL certificate expired थी। 25 मई 2026 को certificate valid होनी चाहिए। अभी चेक करें।

दूसरी गलती: एक से अधिक positions के लिए apply करना। ऐसे में पुरानी सभी applications reject हो जाती हैं, सिर्फ latest मानी जाती है।
